Why is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu so beneficial?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is beneficial in many ways for example its a vigorous  workout. An all-around body workout that helps you become strong (mentally & physically), healthy, & fit. Also another reason is that it's a type of martial art that teaches you how to defend yourself or others without having to throw a punch or kick. It develops your mind as much as your body. Its like chess it teaches you to adapt to certain situations & think ahead. Last but not least it forces you to become comfortable with rejection. I can keep going on & on about the benefits of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but just had to share with you some the things that will help you.

One Legacy also has two more sections in the building such as a place for free weights & workout machines. Then a place to punch bags, use ellipticals, classes for strength & conditioning, etc. So if you are a member with us you will have access to everything in the whole facility. So for you parents so want to bring your kid for Jiu Jitsu or kick boxing  you are able to workout as well during class. It makes everything more convenient. In One Legacy everyone is welcomed. We are here to empower everyone and to help each other grow & be the best version of ourselves.

Enjoy our Free One Day Pass to see if One Legacy Training Center is for you. With classes running throughout the day simply click here to sign up and choose the best class time for you.
Step Two
Done with your trial and ready to get started? Our Beginners’ classes take you through the fundamentals of BJJ putting you on the road to success! Classes run on Tuesday 6pm and Thursday 5pm.
Step Three
Hungry for more? If you have completed the Beginners’ class or if you’re an experienced Martial Arts athlete then you are ready to join regular classes. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.

Our Beginners’ program is designed to ensure the safety and success of our new members. At One Legacy Training Center, we know that every person’s fitness journey is different, and we’re here to help.
Getting Updated...
Our classes produce exceptional results by effectively combining modern martial arts techniques and other functional fitness movements. Our classes are universally scalable – meaning the class sessions are designed to be equally challenging to all athletes regardless of past experience or level of fitness. Sessions focus on the proper execution of all movements to achieve an all round skill level of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, May Thai/Kickboxing, & MMA.
